Terms of Service
Last updated August 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Linzot, including the website, editor, document storage, collaboration features, publishing features, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, accepting an invite, or using Linzot, you agree to these terms.
If you are using Linzot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
Linzot may be invite-only, limited-release, or otherwise restricted. We may suspend or revoke access when necessary to protect the service, other users, or the integrity of documents and collaboration features.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of documents, text, images, files, and other content you create, import, upload, or publish in Linzot. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, transmit, and provide that content as part of the service.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use, share, publish, or invite others to access it.
4. Collaboration and publishing
Linzot includes sharing, collaboration, and publishing features. When you share a document, publish a document, or invite another user, you control who can access the content through the options available in the product.
Published or shared links may allow others to view content outside your immediate account. Review sharing and publishing settings before distributing links.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Linzot to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise security, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or harass, threaten, or harm others.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or provide unauthorized access to Linzot except as permitted by law or by written agreement.
6. Third-party services
Linzot may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, collaboration, analytics, payments, artificial intelligence features, or other infrastructure. Your use of those connected features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.
7. Beta features and availability
Some features may be experimental, invite-only, in beta, or offered for evaluation. Features may change, break, be rate limited, or be discontinued.
We work to keep Linzot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data transmission, or compatibility with every browser, device, workflow, or integration.
8. Fees
If paid plans, usage charges, or billing features are introduced or enabled for your account, the applicable pricing, billing interval, taxes, cancellation terms, and payment requirements will be presented before purchase or in the applicable order, invoice, or plan documentation.
9. Termination
You may stop using Linzot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service or a feature.
After termination, access to your account or content may be limited or unavailable. Some provisions, including ownership, licenses needed for prior operation, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
Linzot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for evaluating whether Linzot is suitable for your intended use and for maintaining appropriate backups of important content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linzot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Linzot will not exceed the amount you paid to use Linzot in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no amount was paid.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting the updated terms in the product or on this page. Continued use of Linzot after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
